Booking conditions

  • Prices are stated for overnight stay, for one night, for the entire apartment.
  • Tourist tax is included in the price, registration and checkout too.
  • Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of the deposit amount
    • 30% -40% of the total price for stay
  • Offer of the exact amount the guest will receive on his e-mail as well as other data required for the payment. 
  • The remaining part of the total price will be paid immediately upon arrival and before use of the apartment.
  • In the case that guest does not arrive or in the case that guest cancel his reservation the received advance payment will be retain.
  • By paying the deposit you agree to the booking conditions and our House rules and to accept the same.
